Since 1949

A pillar of Belmont for more than seventy-five years.

In 1949, William Henry “Bill” Ballard set up shop and Ballard's Barbershop was born. For decades it was a pillar of the Belmont community — a place where men came for a quality cut and good conversation.

Reimagined in 2019, Ballard's found a new home at 200 North Main Street in downtown Belmont. The location is new; the spirit is the same. Come relax with the buds, enjoy an old-fashioned glass-bottle Coke and leave looking your best.
