Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended if you'd like a specific day, time or stylist. You can book online for any location 24/7, or call the salon directly.
Why do prices vary?
Prices are listed as starting rates and vary by stylist, based on their experience and demand on their time. Your stylist will confirm pricing during your consultation.
Where do I park?
Every William Henry location is in a busy downtown district, and any public parking nearby is available to guests.
What products do you use?
Our salons use and carry Redken, Pureology, Olaplex and Kérastase.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, all major credit cards and contactless pay.
Do you do wedding and special occasion hair?
Yes. We style brides, wedding parties and special-occasion guests, with special occasion styles starting at $61. Call your preferred location to plan your day.
Do you cut children's hair?
Yes — children's haircuts for guests ten and under start at $26 at all three salons.

What happened to William Henry McAdenville?
Our McAdenville salon is now Smith & Ballard Salon Collective. It's at the same address (131 Main Street, McAdenville), with the same phone number, (704) 879-4196, and the same team and service menu.
How many locations does William Henry have?
Five: William Henry Salon in Belmont and Mount Holly, Smith & Ballard Salon Collective in McAdenville, Ballard's Barbershop in Belmont and William Henry The Spa in Belmont.
Is there a barbershop?
Yes. Ballard's Barbershop, at 200 North Main Street in Belmont, is where our family story began in 1949. It offers classic cuts, hot-lather shaves and grooming packages.
Do you offer spa services?
Yes. William Henry The Spa, at 405 North Central Avenue in Belmont, offers massage, facials, manicures and pedicures, lashes and brows, waxing, spray tanning and med spa services, plus Reformer Pilates classes.
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes. Digital gift cards are available online for William Henry Belmont, William Henry Mount Holly, Smith & Ballard and The Spa.
