Good to know

Before your visit

What should I expect when I come in?

You'll be greeted with a robe and slippers, and you're welcome to enjoy the steam shower and dry sauna before and after your services. Complimentary hot tea, water and champagne are offered.

What should I wear in the sauna?

We provide a wrap-style robe, or you may wear athletic shorts, a swimsuit or a sports bra — whatever you're comfortable in. We ask that all guests stay covered out of respect for one another.

What should I wear for spray tanning?

Most guests are nude for a spray tan; some choose underwear or a swimsuit they don't mind staining. The tanning solution can discolor clothing.

What are The Spa's hours?

Mon–Fri 9 am – 8 pm; Sat 8 am – 5 pm. Closed Sunday.

Do you offer Pilates?

Yes. Wellness Experience Pilates offers small-group Reformer Pilates classes inside William Henry The Spa, with formats from foundations to athletic.
